Attendees receive an assessment along with expert analysis of the results. The assessment helps individuals to understand current behavioral patterns and optimize strengths and improve weaknesses.
Format: 1, 2, 3 or 4 hours, maximum 40 participants
Follow-up: Additional periodic in-dept training, self-learning CDs with exercises and testing, one-on-one or group coaching, conflict resolution sessions |
