Just doing what everyone else does or repeating non-productive behaviors and activities has proven to be the death knell of success. This program provides processes to identify changes that need to be made, how to make the changes, and how to stay on track. Participants take 3 on-line assessments.

  • Understand the change process and what it takes to make effective changes
  • Understanding current behavioral patterns
  • Understanding motivational strategies
  • Understanding internal and external thinking processes

Format: 8+ hours, limited to 25 participants. Great for organizational retreats!

Follow-up: Additional periodic in-dept training, self-learning CDs with exercises and testing, one-on-one or group coaching, conflict resolution sessions
